PDF,
OpenOffice and
Word versions)
and get it transmitted (either electronically or in paper form) to
Michel Morvan for official approval.
Step 2: office attribution
The office commission shall need the following information in order to attribute an office:
- first, Michel Morvan should confirm to the commission that your registration was processed and that you are indeed an official resident member of IXXI,
- second, your date of arrival and your date of departure (when known),
- third, an estimation of you weekly presence at IXXI as e.g. the number of days of presence per week (or as an estimated percentage).
Send these informations to Edwige Royboz ().
