Workshop on "recent approaches on graph convolutional networks, graph representation learning and reinforcement learning"

Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19 and given the containment measures that several institutions have put in place, the workshop has been cancelled (and hopefully postoned). The ENS de Lyon will organise a 2-days workshop bringing together researchers in Graph Convolutional Networks, Graph Representation Learning and Reinforcement Learning. Last years have seen many developments in these related fields, and this workshop will provide two days of close interactions, fostering the emergence of new collaborations. It will take place on at ENS Lyon.

The ENS de Lyon will be organising a 2-days workshop bringing together researchers in Graph Convolutional Networks, Graph Representation Learning and Reinforcement Learning. Last years have seen many developments in these related fields, and this workshop will provide two days of close interactions, fostering the emergence of new collaborations. It will take place at ENS Lyon (the initial date, 23-24 March 2020, has been canceled).

Keynote Speakers:

  • Don Towsley (U Mass, USA)
  • Geert Leus (TU Delft, The Netherlands)
  • Michael Defferrard (EPFL, Switzerland)
  • Bruno Scherrer (IECL, Univ Lorraine, France)
  • Andreas Loukas (EPFL, Switzerland)
  • Sébastien Gerchinovitz (IRT Saint- Exupéry, Toulouse, France)

We call for contributions based on recent works, either published or not, with special emphasis on works by PhD students or young researchers. The scope of the meeting includes the following topics:

  • Graph Convolutional Networks

  • Graph Representation Learning

  • Reinforcement Learning

  • and of course any combination of the three!

There are 6 to 8 available slots for talks, which will be 20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes questions. To submit a proposal, please write to ixxi@ens-lyon.fr with a link to the article you wish to present (or a copy in pdf format).

Submission deadline:  To be re-scheduled (Anywhere on Earth)

Organization : Sébastien Lerique, Pierre Borgnat, Paulo Gonçalves and Aurélien Garivier

Institutions : Computer Science Lab. LIP, Mathematics Department UMPA, Laboratory of Physics, IXXI (Rhône-Alpes Complex Systems Institute ), Project ACADEMICS (Machine learning & Data Science) of IDEXLYON, Inria
